Privacy and cookies

This notice explains what data studio G1 collects through this website, why and for how long. The controller is studio G1, Geert Van Riet, Wijngaardlaan 43, 2900 Schoten, Belgium, [email protected].

Contact form

When you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, email address and any details you add, such as your telephone number, town and a description of your project. We use these only to answer your enquiry and to prepare a possible collaboration. The legal basis is your request to be contacted. The form is sent through the Web3Forms service, which forwards the message to our mailbox. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to follow them up, and no longer than two years after the last contact, unless a commission follows.

Analytics and advertising cookies

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to measure how many people visit the site and which pages they view, and Google Ads to measure whether our adverts lead to a visit or an enquiry. We do not use this data for personalised advertising, and your IP address is shortened. If you decline, we place none of these cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookies button at the bottom of every page. Google may process data outside the European Union, on the basis of the appropriate safeguards of the European Commission.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. With every visit, technical data such as your IP address is processed briefly to show the site securely and quickly.

Sharing with third parties

We never sell or rent your data. We share it only with the service providers above, and only as far as necessary.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or erase your data, and to object to its processing. Email [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.

Intellectual property

Texts, designs, drawings, visualisations and photographs on this site are the property of studio G1 or of the photographers credited. They may only be reproduced with prior written permission.
