Studio · Geert Van Riet
studio G1 was founded in 2008 and is led by Geert Van Riet. From Schoten, near Antwerp, we design homes, offices and businesses, in Belgium and far beyond.
Every design starts from the space, the architecture and the people who live or work there. We pay attention to light, material, bespoke joinery, proportion and detail. We have no fixed style: every interior is given its own character, suited to the place and to the way of life.
We draw the design and develop it technically. Ideally we also oversee the project through to handover, from the choice of materials and the bespoke joinery to the work with our trusted craftsmen and partners.
